2. After we acquired all the necessary information, we will discuss your desired project and budget. Regardless of the project, we will work with you to create a plan that includes all your needs & goals and emphasizes maximum return on investment.

3. Execution – The real work begins! Sit back and relax and watch you project come to life. You continue to collaborate with your project manager, interior designer, and architect to design your project. We take care of the complicated filing procedures for approvals, communication with regulatory agencies, community and condo/co-op superintendents.

We monitor and confirm that finish schedules are on track, and completed to the highest degree of quality. You will stay informed through fluid communication about the status of your project every step of the way.
